European and La Liga champions Barcelona have been boosted by the news that striker Samuel Eto’o, attacking midfielder Lionel Messi and defender Lilian Thuram will return to training soon. And once the trio is fit to play, the Catalans will look to resurrect their ceredentials in the La Liga and Europe after going through a stutter in both the competitions as well as losing the World Cup of clubs final to Brazil’s Internazionale, in their absence.


Governing Body of World Football FIFA Gets Sued By Lyon Over International Friendly Injury of Defender Eric Abidal

French club side Olympique Lyon has today initiated a legal battle against FIFA, following the injury sustained by Eric Abidal in the International Friendly match against Costa Rica played in Martinique in November.
