USA Beat Poland 1-0 in World Cup Warm-Up Friendly - New England Revolution's Clint Dempsey Scores Only Goal

The USA have beaten World Cup fellow qualifiers Poland tonight 1-0 in their World Cup warm-up friendly in Germany.

Clint Dempsey, one of the few domestic players in Bruce Arena's squad, and plays for New England Revolution, scored in the 49th minute in the only goal of the game to give Arena's USA team the victory.

Pawel Janus' Poland team failed to take advantage in the match as both teams prepare for the Finals in Germany.

Arena is using his European based players for the first time in lead-up to the World Cup Finals in June.
