Ukraine Coach Oleg Blokhin Leaves Out Striker Artem Milevsky, Picks 4 Forwards Including Andriy Shevchenko & Andriy Voronin

Ukraine coach Oleg Blokhin has sprung a surprise by leaving out Dynamo Kiev striker Artem Milevsky, while Chelsea’s Andriy Shevchenko, Liverpool-bound Andriy Voronin, Shakhtar Donetsk duo of Oleksiy Belik and Andriy Vorobei form the strike force for the March 24 and March 28 Euro 2008 qualifiers against Faroe Islands and Lithuania respectively.

As many as six players come from Ukrainian league leaders Dynamo Kiev while five each have been drawn from champions Shakhtar Donetsk and Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, for the away match at Faroe Islands and home game with Lithuania.

Ukraine are second in Group B with six points from three games, while Scotland and France lead the group with nine points.
