Tunisia To Host Serbia & Montenegro In World Cup Warm-Up Friendly In March

Tunisia’s Carthage Eagles will play fellow World Cup finalists Serbia and Montenegro in an international friendly in Tunis on March 1.

Roger Lemerre’s Tunisia and Ilija Petkovic’s Serbia and Montenegro have both qualified for the World Cup Finals, and will be using the match in Tunis to prepare for the tournament in Germany.

Serbia and Montenegro have been drawn in World Cup Group C, and are due to face Ivory Coast, Argentina and Holland.

Tunisia have been drawn in Group H with Saudi Arabia, Spain and Ukraine.

The 2004 African Cup of Nations champions open their World Cup campaign against Saudi Arabia in Munich on 14 June.
