South Korea head coach Dick Advocaat has named his 23-man World Cup squad for this summer's World Cup Finals in Germany. The Koreans, who made it to the semi-final's four years ago when they co-hosted the tournament with Japan, have been drawn alongside France, Switzerland and World Cup debutantes Togo in Group G. Four of the squad ply their trade outside of the Far East with The Premierships two Korean players, Tottenham Hotspur defender Lee Young-pyo and Manchester United's Park Ji-sung, both being called-up by Advocaat. The other two foreign-based players are striker's Seol Ki-hyeon from Wolverhampton Wanderers, who will be joined by Ahn Jung-hwan from MSV Duisburg in Germany at the head of the Korean Republic attack. "We think we have a very balanced squad and one that can surprise a lot of people in the world," said Advocaat during his squad announcement. "We are capable of at least the second round. We have players who have already played in the World Cup finals."
