Serbia & Montenegro Head Coach Iliya Petkovic Withdraws Son Dusan From World Cup Finals

Serbia and Montenegro head coach Iliya Petkovic has announced that he is withdrawing his son Dusan from the World Cup Finals in Germany.

Petkovic has been accused of nepotism by the country's media after he surprisingly named his son in the final 23-players to travel to Germany.

Dusan was named after striker Mirko Vucinic was injured at the end of May, and coach Ilija Petkovic pulled off something of a shock when he named his son - a defender - as his replacement.

It is not yet known who will replace him, but it is likely that Petkovic will opt for another striker.
