Liverpool & France Striker Djibril Cisse Opens Door For Marseille Move
Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse has opened the door on a summer move to Olympique Marseille by revealing he would be willing to listen to an offer from the French Championnat giants.
It is known that Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez is aiming to bring in at least one striker to Anfield in the summer, meaning that Cisse may well be looking to secure a summer move.
The French international, who has been chosen by France head coach Raymond Domenech for this summers World Cup Finals in Germany, is continually being linked with a move back to his homeland after struggling to command a regular first-team place in Benitez’s team.
Now Cisse, in an interview with La Provence newspaper has increased speculation, saying: "I am ready to study any offer, I have two favourite clubs in France, AJ Auxerre and Olympique Marseille, who have always made me dream. And I know that one day I will play at Marseille."
