Manchester United midfielder Quinton Fortune's move to Celtic has been put on hold, after results of a scan on his knee raised doubts over his move.

The 29-year-old South African star midfielder, who was released by Manchester United at the end of the season in May, is now hoping that his move to the Glasgow giants will be confirmed in the next few days.

The players agent is sure that the move will go through for the former Atlético Madrid player, and that he will be joining the Scottish champions next season.
