The home side led with 12th minute goal from Robert Arzumanyan until Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo scored the equaliser in the 37th minute.

The visitors dominated the possession and also had more number of shots on rival goal.

Elsewhere, Finland and Kazakhstan were also drawing 1-1 at half time in another Group A meeting at Tampere.

Eremenko Jr had given the home side lead in the 13th minute while Byakov equalised for the Kazakhs 10 minutes later.

In a Group E encounter, Estonia were leading 1-0 at half time against Andorra after Piiroja found the target in the 34th minute in Tallinn.
