England Drawn In GROUP B With Paraguay, Trinidad & Tobago's 'Warriors' & Sweden In World Cup Finals
England have been drawn with Paraguay, Trinidad and Tobago and Sweden in Group B of the World Cup finals. The first game will see Sven Goran Eriksson's team facing Paraguay in their first match, Trinidad and Tobago in their second match, with Sven's home country of Sweden being drawn as the final match of the group.
The match against Paraguay will take place on the 10th of June, in the Frankenstadion, in Frankfurt, just one day after the tournament kicks off.
England's next match is against Leo Beenhakker's Trinidad and Tobago 'Warriors', who have qualified for their first ever World Cup finals. That match takes place on the 15th of June in Nuremburg.
The 20th of June is when England will face Sweden in Cologne, and have the uphill task of trying to beat the team who have managed to hold off England for the past eleven meetings, spanning almost 30 years.
