Croatia’s head coach Zlatko Kranjcar has named his squad for Croatia’s international friendly match against Argentina. Kranjcar has called up two previously uncapped players for next month's friendly match, the Croatian state news agency Hina has stated. Marijan Buljat and Luka Modric from Dinamo Zagreb have both been included in the squad for the first time for Croatia in coach Kranjcar's 21-man squad for the match on March 1 in Basel, Switzerland. This is the first match in Croatian coach Kranjcar’s preparations for the World Cup Finals in Germany. Croatia are also due to face Austria on May 23, Romania on 28 May, and Poland on 2 June in their World Cup warm-up’s. CSKA Moscow striker Ivica Olic, who has been out of action since since last August with a knee injury, has also been given the call up by the Croatia boss. “Olic is back in training and, if he is fully fit, he will play against Argentina,” said Kranjcar.
