Coach Frank Rijkaard is reportedly on his way out of Barcelona at the end of the season. He is speculated to return to AC Milan, where he was a former player.

Dutch Rijkaard led Barca to Champions League and Spanish League double last season. But things have been complicated at Nou Camp with Cameroon striker Samuel Eto’o claiming two groups at war at the Catalan giants.

Sources at Barca say Rijkaard’s fifth season in charge, has been a bumpy ride due to reasons the former Netherlands international dubbed as “serious personal problems,” reported AS sports daily.

44-year-old Rijkaard, who has a contract at the Nou Camp through to June 2009, had an illustrious playing career, winning the European Championship medals with Holland, AC Milan and Ajax.

AS has said the former midfielder has a clause in his contract allowing him to leave when he wishes.

As coach, Rijkaard was in charge of Holland between 1998 and 2000 and then had a year coaching Dutch side Sparta Rotterdam (2001-02).
