All fixtures and results for the knock-out stages, the third-place play-off and Final of the Copa América 2007 football tournament held in Venezuela.

Hosts Venezuela have made it to the last eight of the Copa América for the first time in their history, with Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Mexico and Peru all making it to the knockout stages of the tournament.

Brazil, who were the Copa America holders from the previous tournament in 2004, in Peru, beat Argentina 3-0 in the Final of the 42nd Copa América 2007, at the Stadio José Pachencho Romero in Maracaibo, to lift the South American trophy for the 8th time.

Brazil striker Robinho won the Golden Boot award as the tournament's highest goalscorer, having scored six goals in the Copa América 2007.
