Chelsea's Icelandic international star Eidur Gudjohnsen has successfully passed a medical with Spanish giants Barcelona, with his transfer move imminent. Chelsea granted Barcelona permission to speak to the former Bolton Wanderers striker on Tuesday after both sides came to an agreement over a transfer fee for the 27-year-old, who is expected to pen a four-year deal. The 27-year-old travelled to Barcelona to meet with Barcelona board on Wednesday and passed a medical at Camp Nou. Gudjohnsen is expected to be unveiled by the Champions League winners as their new signing on Wednesday night.
