Barcelona's Lionnel Messi Makes Come Back After Injury Winning First World Cup Cap With Argentina
Lionnel Messi won his first World Cup Cap today with Albiceleste, after a long injury recovery, scoring a wonderfull goal for Argentina.
Messi immediately made his mark, setting up Chelsea's Hernan Crespo with a lovely crossed pass which was converted into Argentina's fourth goal against Serbia and Montenegro, just 2 minutes after he came into the pitch.
His performance in the first 10 minutes since he substituted was a great sign for Jose Pekerman. He proved his abilities on the first occation, after he went past 2 defenders and scored a wonderfull goal, beating Serbia and Montenegro's keeper.
