Full team-sheet for Argentina v Paraguay in their final Copa América 2007 Group C Match at the Estadio Metropolitano in Barquisimeto on Thursday. West Ham United striker Carlos Alberto Tevez is starting the match for the Albiceleste, after having only featured as a substitute in Argentina’s previous Group C matches and scoring after coming off the bench against the U.S. in their opening match. Argentina head coach Alfio Basile has also called Nicolas Burdisso, Daniel Alberto Díaz, Hugo Benjamín Ibarra, Pablo Aimar, Fernando Gago and Luis Oscar González to start for the Albiceleste. The Albiceleste will be starting the match without a host of their major stars, with Roberto Ayala, Manchester United defender Gabriel Heinze, Gabriel Milito, Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano, Juan Roman Riquelme, Inter Milan’s Juan Sebastian Verón - who has been on-loan with Estudiantes in Argentina for the past season - and Barcelona star winger Lionel Andrés Messi all out of the starting line-up. Inter Milan forward Hernán Crespo is out injured for the match and likely to be out for the remainder of the tournament. Paraguay's Argentine-born head coach Gerardo Martino has also made some drastic changes to their starting line-up for the match. Justo Villar is replaced by Aldo Antonio Bobadilla in the Paraguay goal, with Edgar Daniel González and Julio Daniel Dos Santos both getting the call from their manager. Roque Santa Cruz, who scored a hat-trick for Paraguay in their opening match against Colombia starts the game on the bench, but Salvador Cabañas, who came on as a second-half substitute to score two goals against Colombia, starts the game with Nelson Cuevas in attack. Paraguay have Claudio Morel Rodriguez, Paulo Da Silva, Edgar Barreto, Carlos Bonet, Christian Riveros, Oscar Rene Cardozo and Roque Santa Cruz also missing from the starting line-up which started their previous match against the United States. Paraguay currently top Group C on goal difference, with the winners of the group meeting Peru in the fourth quarter-final, with the runner-up in Group C facing Mexico in the third quarter final, both of which are played on July 8.
